I saw a tiktok about avoiding foreclosure. Texted the word "home" to 972.449.8543. Received a text back and Scott Rogers requested a brief description of our issue. Which I provided via text. Then, he directed me to his associate Blake Bolton who would be negotiating with our bank on our behalf. His telephone number provided was: 901.355.0476. I provided my email address so he could send a consent form. Email came from [email protected]. The attachment seemed a little fishy to me, because there was no fee outline and the name of the company at the top was Lake Solutions, LLC. When I pulled up website for them, it came up as an Alternative Dispute Resolution firm - no mention of Blake or Scott. So, I dug deeper and found through Lexis Nexis that Blake Bolton is 20yrs old, living at 1518 Flamingo Road, Memphis TN 38117 affiliated with Lake Soltions, LLC at the same address along with West Tennessee Investments, LLC (same address) and Willangava Properties, LLC. The Flamingo Road address shows it's in active foreclosure and there was a bankruptcy filing. It was at this point I let them know they were a scam, cut off all communication and blocked them from all media sources. (Gmail, Tiktok, Facebook and Telephone).
