The scammer is posing as a Rottweiler breeder and seems legit- even has a verified Google ad that pops up. I interacted with this person via text and email and all seemed well until time for payment and shipping arrangements for the puppy came. I did a quick internet search “Scott Family Farm Scam?” and started to find some comments that made me nervous. “The breeder” had given me an address and after speaking to family, I discovered that I have a cousin who lives in the same small town (Victor MT) so we reached out and asked my cousin to stop by. This is not the house of a breeder and there are no puppies. I saw the google ad again and clicked on the verification info, discovered that the ad is verified to a Bebongchu Asaha in South Africa. This business is a scam.
