Automated call claiming to be from Google Business Listing, the call is coming from a local number for us 321-732-4497. If you wait to talk to a representative and ask them to remove you from their list they hang up before you can get all the words out. This has been going on for over a year. I talked to a Katrina today who is not very pleasant and she hung up on me. Called back and same thing, condescending and smart mouth from Katrina and she hangs up without removing me from their list. Called a 3rd time and talked to Lorette she hung up on me as soon as I started to ask to be removed. Called a 4th time and talked to Alex and I just asked him if they were Google. He said they were not but partners with them. I asked what their business name was and he said Scout Industries, I got the HQ phone number and called them. The man at their HQ also said they were partners with Google. I called the HQ for Google. They knew who I was talking about and said they were a scam and to report them to the donotcall.gov site, which I did. Google said they use Scout Digital Marketing out of Australia NOT Scout Industries out of Fullerton, CA. I had a online chat with Scout (which I took pics of throughout our conversation) and they start out being pleasant until I start asking if they are part of Google. They also claimed they are not Google but partners. When I told them I called Google and was told they are not partners, Scout told me that Google has no idea who their partners are. I informed them that yes, Google does know of them and they are NOT part of Google. Then they started getting smart mouthed on chat with me so I ended the conversation. We are a business here and this has gone on far too long. I gave you one of the addresses I found online below but I think there is another one at 615 S State College Blvd, Fullerton, CA 92831 under the name Scout50.
