I Received a letter via postal saying that I did not pay an overdue parking meter violation in the amount of $35.00. In Scranton Pa.

I live maybe 5-7 hours away from Scranton and have Never been to Scranton...ANYTIME. MY license plate was correct and it is still on my car.

I Wrote to the parking service...waiting a response and said that I never was in Scranton.
