I ordered a hydraulic chain cutter from SCRTCA online. Got a tracking number immediately yet even once I was able to use this tracking number there was no information on package size nor weight. Once I "received" my item that was when I could now dig into the tracking and get weight and size info. With that info I was able to see what happened. What this company sent me I will never know since I never received their envelope by the way the cutter should have been in a box and weighted more than .5oz. Can not call them since their number in California does not even ring once and my emails to them are completely ignored. MAJOR SCAMMER- beware of any of these "based in the USA Chinese scammer companies.

I ordered a tool set from this company almost a year ago. The set took over 2 months to be shipped out, once the package arrived it was a pair of fake ray ban sunglasses(this was not even a sale item on their website). I contacted the vendor immediately and informed them that I received the incorrect item, they replied back maybe twice before ghosting me. I still have not received the correct item or my money back.
