Richard Miller pretending to be CEO of Scutterfield Brewery in Memphis, TN. He made promises of investment to various entities from semi pro basketball, movie studios, and international mobile provider. He has an accomplice in Harold Whaley. google him he has a big public profile. They both solicit - business insider information and Intellectual properties. Please get these scammers before they spread like wild fire.

I am Harold Whaley and I was introduced to Richard Miller through a reliable source in the American Basketball Association (ABA). He came on as a potential owner of a new ABA Team. Shortly thereafter he reached out to me to help him start a New Liquor brand. Never having any experience in the spirit arena, I set out to introduce him to people who could help him better than I could. This led to several months of conversation and him bringing some reputable people to the table or starting a particular brand. One of them was a lady name is Betty who we later found out was the one pulling the strings for the money that he did not have. I’ve lost about $100,000 in time and money helping Mr. Miller. I called on a few of my friends to also help and they were also taken advantage of by this gentleman.
Do to the time lost and emotional stress me and the team endured through M.Miller, I had totally swept this event out of my mind. There was never, ever any money exchange, nor Had I or my team ever received a dime, and several of my friends/business associates and myself are still owed hundreds of thousands of dollars by Mr. Miller. To the individual who created this report, having my name plugged into the situation is unacceptable. Anyone who knows me and my character would know that I provide contacts not take contacts from anyone. My 30 year reputation speaks for itself.
