Ordered this product. It never came. Paypal said it arrived but I never came. Upset paypal did not resolve the issue for this scammer and curious how he scammed a delivery that never arrived.

I ordered three 4ft tall half moon shaped plant stands. Recieved tracking number 2 days later stating items were on their way! 6 days later got another email saying tracking number issued and awaiting pick up by usps. Another 7 days with no updates so I started emailing company. Emailed them 4 times with no reply. Finally got text saying item was delivered to my mailbox. Odd because those would not fit in my mailbox! Checked mail and there was a small package with original tracking number with a 25 cent child's slap bracelet inside. Paypal will not do anything and company cannot be reached.
