The company advertised boxes filled with Electronics returns from Amazon. The company website shows that their warehouse is in the US. It is actually in China. I purchased a large box guaranteed 40-80 items weighing 15-35lbs. I also paid for VIP shipping which was supposed to get the package to me within 10 days. I placed my order on 11/20/24. After several weeks I contacted the company asking for a full refund. I was told the tracking was not up to date and would be delivered in 3-5 days. After 5 days I received an email saying the package was delivered 6 days earlier. A package was never delivered and now there is no way for me to contact anyone for a refund.
