Made purchase for Christmas for a bike on Nov,07,2020 then immediately tried to cancel however it was never cancelled. I immediately filed dispute with my credit card company who still didn’t take charge off because of a fake tracking number people made up saying bike was delivered to my front door exactly two days later. I then go back online and contacted who I thought was the right bike shop and spoke to owner of SE bikes.com that looked order up said nothing never came through and said I hope you didn’t order from se bike shop because that company is a fake and sure enough I did and have no way of probing this tracking is a fake. Now my son won’t have the bike he wanted for Christmas.
