I received a call from this phone number saying it was coming in from South Carolina. I picked up the call. I received an pre-recorded message telling me someone had purchased an iPhone 11 on my Amazon account. On my computer, I pull up Amazon and look at my orders and see there is NO such purchase in my account order history. The message goes on to tell me to press 1 to hang up and 2 to have the purchase reversed for an immediate credit. I didn't press anything and the line disconnected.

As this is a pre-recorded message I presume they're dialing and playing message to to many consumers. And as there is no purchase of what they claim in the message on my Amazon account, I have to conclude this is a phishing scam designed to acquire my Amazon account number thru a discussion with me.
