Their website states refund within 15 days of purchase. I bought 2 bathing suits that weren't long enough. I tried them on with my underwear on. The customer service rep said they would give me 20% of the total purchase and keep the suits, then 30% of the total and keep the suits, then 50% of total and I would have to pay postage. It's ridiculous. They wore me down as I wonder if that's their end goal.

Do not purchase from this company. Wish I had read all of the complaints before making the decision to buy.

Tried to return a bathing suit. They wanted me to measure it. Then they offered 30% then 50%. Finally told me to take a picture showing the crotch sticker was still in place; I never put the bottom on as the top didn't fit. Sent them a picture then they sent me an address with 7 days to return it and email the tracking number which I did today. Tried to call the number in their instructions, doesn't work. I spent about $7 on return postage. Will probably never get a dime back. Do not use this company.

This also happened to me. I tried to return my swim suit that didn’t fit and got offered $6 to keep it. I emailed again but have not gotten a response. After reading these other lists I won’t waste my time trying to contact them anymore, as they do not appear to be a legitimate business.

I am also experiencing lack of response to return/refund request. I sent 4 emails to [email protected] before I got a reply offering me $12 to keep my $70 of merchandise. I declined & have sent 3 additional emails again requesting information to get a refund. It's impossible to meet their 15-day return policy & they are doing on purpose. This company is operating a SCAM! I doubt if I'll receive a resolution. I really regret ordering from SeaCurve. Spread the word & don't buy from this horrible company!

Ordered 3 bathing suits @approximately $130.00. They were not what I expected and did not fit. Emailed to return. They offered me $20 and keep the suits, I said no. Then they offered me $40. I said no. I have emailed everyday since and no response. I put a comment on their Facebook page buyer beware and I have been blocked from the page. Buyer Beware, if you order from them you will not be able to return the product despite what their website says.

I got my order quickly and immediately notified them I needed to return and have emailed them repeatedly and have never gotten an answer from them. I ordered a 20 as I am a busty girl and the cups are up around my neck. Pretty material but sizing and workmanship sucks! They state 15 days for return but they make sure u can't reach them.

So I ordered online from them, got two chlorine resistant swimsuits because it just hit Summer here is Australia. I paid $110 for them which is a bit steep but I was happy. Yeah no, as soon as they were put in the water for the first time and then washed (mind you this was in a chlorine pool and they were meant to be resistant) they started to fall apart. All the pigment faded in certain areas and it got a bunch of pilled material. Also made the suits kinda see through in certain areas. I contacted them and they basically told me tough luck, even though the items were defective. So now I'm fighting to get my money back through paypal. Don't buy from them, they are a cheap company.

This company has ads on facebook and instagram. It takes you right to the website once you click on the ad. It seems like a legit online company that you can purchase swimwear at a great price, and with great reviews. I purchased $96 worth of swimwear and did in fact received them, however they were smaller than advertised. I emailed to ask for an exchange or a refund. Their response to me was that I had to pay for the shipping return and provide proof of a tracking number for them. They did not provide me with a return address until a few emails in and I had to ask for it. Right there I knew they were scammers. I make order purchases all the time and have never had an issue returning items and I certainly have never had to pay for a return shipping label. Once I got an address, I took the package to my mail carrier who then proceeded to let me know that the address comes up as an unknown address. Paypal denied my claim to dispute and for a full refund because the seller claims that they are waiting for me to return the items. It seems that there are other websites using this type of scam and each of them have email addresses that begin with "service@". Buyer beware and just purchase online from a real place of business. Now I am stuck with swimwear that is useless to me.

Ordered a bathing suit, which was shipped from New York. Though it is marked as a size 22, it is a size 10 according to their size chart. They have a tight return window and they make sure that they string you along so that you take make the cut. I had to fill out a questionaire, then pictures of the suit. They still contended that the suit was ok. After this I opened a dispute with PayPal. Prior to this the seller gave me a return address in New York. After the dispute was opened with PayPal I must now return it to China!. Be aware, too, that Seacurve and Trace Sea are the same stupid company, I am sure there are many more alias' out there.

Hi I just ordered from this site myself and received items that are too small. I have been trying to get a refund and you're right, they stall. They tell me that I can return the items but didn't give me an address. I reply asking for an address and they gave me a NY address which doesn't seem like a real location. I paid using paypal. Have you received a refund through paypal?

I purchased a swimsuit at seacurve.com. The item did not fit and I have been trying to return it and get a refund for over a week. The return policy they publish states that you can return it for a full refund up to 15 days after delivery, but when you try to email them for the return address, they only reply with questions on why you are returning the item. They suck up the 15 days with their slow response so you can't get a refund and are stuck with a crappy product. Total Scam. I posted on their Facebook page and ads to warn others but they just blocked me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I just went through the same crap with them. They sent me a size 22 bathing suit, which, according to their size chart was actually a size 10! They wrote back and forth having me send pictures with measurements, etc. etc. I finally opened a dispute case with PayPal and am going to get my money back.

The company appears legit with many positive reviews and a simple return policy. However, the company will never let you return a purchase. They ask the reason for the return and then, you never receive a return address or any other communication with them. The swimsuits are 2 sizes smaller than their size chart, and you are stuck with them! In addition, it's been 6 weeks and I've yet to receive 6 items that I ordered.

Two sizes too small is an understatement. They sent me a size 22 which was actually a size 10 according to their size chart. If you paid through PayPal open a dispute with them.
