I ordered my items June 3rd and received an order confirmation and I also saw on my credit card statement that payment occurred. After not receiving a shipping confirmation and their website still stating that shipping is “unfulfilled” I reached out for the first time via email on June 16th asking for an update. I reached out a second time via email on June 21st for another update. Today on June 23rd after seeing other complaints I reached out via email and on Facebook messenger asking for a full refund of my Monday paid for them not providing me with the product that I have ordered, no shipping confirmation and further no responds to any of my messages. I paid $91.77 and am really saddened by the loss of that money.

Company claims to give consumer a 30 day window to exchange or return items. Consumer is instructed to reach out via email to [email protected] to complete those types of transactions. The SeaFancy website states that they will reply to consumer’s email within one business day, but there is never a reply to the email by any SeaFancy representative. Consumer is unable to exchange/return merchandise, and therefore unable to receive different merchandise and/or a refund!

Seafancy has no phone number to communicate, and they suggest communication through social media (facebook and instagram). They do not reply to emails, despite using the email listed on their website. They only offer refunds in a limited window of time, but do not reply to emails so people can submit their tracking orders in a timely fashion. Whenever someone comments about their negative experience on social media, they delete or "hide" the comments.

I purchased several swimsuits from Seafancy. They were to be delivered over 2 weeks ago, and were not. I have contacted their customer service 3 times, the only way to reach them is via email. They have not responded to my requests for either my items or my refund.

I ordered 2 swimsuits, paying by debit card. The suits were both too big and I needed to return them. They were not the greatest quality so I just wanted a refund. I had read the 30 day return policy on the website prior to ordering so I was confident it would not be an issue if I didn't like them. I had to send an email to get the return address because there was no return shipping label in the original packaging and the instructs on the website were simply to contact them. They took several days to respond but when they did, they suggested that I keep the suits and they would credit me 30% back plus send me a 50% off coupon for future purchases. I replied immediately that no, I simply wanted to return them as I have no use for something that doesn't fit. Again, several days later they offered me a 50% credit if I kept them. By this point I was fuming. I demanded that they reimburse me in full my entire payment as per their policy. Again, days later they responded by sending me the "correct" return address (different from the return address on the original label) of UGD c/o Chenzong 3 Merchant Return, 24823 Brookville Blvd., Rosedale, NY 11422

I mailed the swimsuits and sent the tracking info to them per email as they had requested. They finally emailed me on 5/18/23 that they had received the items and had issued the full refund but that it may take 5-15 days to show up on my statement. As of today, June 12, 2023 I still have to credit to my account. I emailed them on 6/4/2023 and indicated that payment has not been received and that I would be reporting this to you, the Better Business Bureau. Yesterday, June 11th I received an email stating they have urged their finance department to expedite the refund process. I'm confident I will never see my money again.

SeaFancy accepted my order, but after several weeks, it was still marked as unfulfilled (no shipment made or anything—much longer than any time frame posted on their site). The would not respond to emails or private messaging on any social media site, and they don’t have a phone number to call. Their TikTok account is now deactivated. It is clear that they have no intention of actually fulfilling any orders—I’ve seen others posting on Instagram saying that they are having the same issues
