An add popped up for gardening soil that expanded from a big brick. For $41 I got 5 small bricks that looked nothing like the video presented on the website. When I tried to get a refund they were only offering a partial refund, not even a 1/4 of the total amount. They finally said they would issue a refund without me having to send the product back, and asked me how much I wanted to be refunded. I told them the whole amount, then it turned into I would have to pay the shipping to have it shipped back to China and it would take over a month to get there, so they again would only do a partial refund. It was only once I filed a complaint through PayPal that they said they would issue a refund. I searched them on Facebook and came across quite a few people who said the same thing has happened to them as well.
