I was approached at my residence by a contractor stating they had extra asphalt left over from a previous job. They told me they would pave my driveway at a reduced rate. They paved my driveway but did not use quality materials or prep the ground correctly. The job was not completed. I they required 4800 dollars of payment, which I paid via venmo.
