Text message was sent to various family members phone numbers asking if "my mother's name" would be interested in selling the property at a specific address and they wanted to speak with "my mother's name". You can imagine the uproar it caused within our family. This was the first round of texts, the next texts were EXACTLY the same, but a different number. We BLOCKED that number and they have texted a 3rd time from a different number asking about the same address. After checking with various realty groups, associations and the State Commission, we have decided, pretty much unanimously that these are scammers trying to fraud my mother. The person claimed to be Sean Davis, a private investor. When we called the number, a female voice answered as voice mail. When we left a message, she called back and, in broken English, refused to tell us who the private investors were and Sean was unavailable. I would have disregarded this as text garbage, but different 3 attempts to entice us to sell a home that wasn't for sale seemed a bit aggressive. BEWARE!!!!!
