Sean Erick posted a rental in Craiglist. When contacted, he did provide a rental application for family to complete and informed them they were accepted and he needed them to send the $800 deposit so he can FedEx the family the keys and paperwork to house.

After days of trying to talk to Sean Erick, he finally called. He said he was getting ready to go on a 5 year mission and needed to rent the property ASAP. He said he needed the deposit via Money Gram through WalMart, which should only take 10 minutes of our time. He did not want to provide a mailing address.
