I received an advertising brochure from Sean Romero with a concrete work price list. The prices seemed very attractive, and the images of previous projects presented in the brochure were quite impressive. However, when I contacted Sean to ask for more details—specifically regarding what was included in the quoted price and how the work would be executed—his attitude shifted noticeably.
Sean became dismissive, and it was clear that he was not interested in answering my questions or explaining the details of the service. I believe that once he realized I had knowledge of how concrete and hardscaping work should be done, he felt uncomfortable and eventually refused to offer me the service, instead suggesting that I take my business elsewhere. This was a shocking and unprofessional response.
I suspect that Sean Landscape Construction may be targeting customers who have a limited understanding of hardscaping and are charging premium prices for poor-quality work. Sean’s reluctance to provide clear answers or proceed with my inquiry raises concerns about the company’s transparency and business practices.
I believe this company may be taking advantage of uninformed customers, and I want to alert others about this potential scam.
