I went to the website and asked them if they could decode the serial number for my trailer that i gave them and provide a basic report and the website said yes. I etransfered $52.88 to Wise Payments Ltd. with [email protected] being the address the money was etransfered to. The website then said the it would have to be a premium package required for the report. I initially refused as they had agreed to provide the report for the basic package cost. The prospective buyer (David) texted me and said he would pay for the premium package which cost $106.94 . The website said that if i bought the premium package that the fees paid would be immediately returned to me so i etransfered an additional $106.94 to them. I have not received any refund, nor did i receive any report from this website. David also texted me asking to get a window sticker option which cost an additional $249 which i have refused. David has not contacted me since, did not show up to see the trailer and i am now out $160. No reports or refunds have been issued from the website.

When I refused because there was no guarantee that the info could be found once I paid they provided the details in my ad as proof that they had title and boat history. I then advised I was not interested and the scammer suggested that I go upmarket and pay $64.00 for a more detailed retort-along with a rambling sentence in broken English about paying me back.
