send text info about credit card offer that I am not interested in; asks for last 4 of acct number listed in email, name and ssn; did not give ssn and told the person that i had a sears card years ago but left with a zero balance; did not give my old card number that I had the zero balance on; person was rude and evasive

sent me to other departments with people who constantly transferred me when I asked to be taken off of email/call list; I do not want a card activated

i do not have a balance

would like to close any info related to sears if someone has committed fraud

would like an apology and something in writing to clear me of any fraud and relationship with sears
