My co-worker ordered a washer part through Sears PartsDirect. She paid $83 (rounded up) for the part, tax, and shipping. She was told it would arrive it 7-14 business days. The part never arrived, so she called the customer service number provided on the website. She was given the run around and told her order was still processing and to give it a couple more days. She waited the amount of time she was told and called back. She was told the order had been cancelled, but they would post a refund. The refund has never been posted. According to numerous reviews of this company, it seems this is their way of getting money from people without sending parts people had ordered. I just think this sketchy business should be shut down. I don't believe they even have the parts their selling in stock. Also, according to your website, bbb.org, the HQ of this company has been out of business since 2018. I am not sure how they're able to sell anything when they're main business has been non-existent for years. Thank you!
