This company claims to represent a short term rental online. They claimed to have been in business for 8 years, but the invoice was only #6. They asked for money to be sent outside of normal payment method via Zelle. After we were uncomfortable with this request, we didn't want to lose anymore money, we asked to cancel. They keep our initial deposit citing a "60 day cancellation policy" for a property they don't even represent.
