We booked and paid in full for a vacation rental through Airbnb. When we arrived at the home it was occupied by other renters. The woman in charge of renting the property told us that her daughter had stole her business and was renting her properties without her knowledge. We drove 2 hours away from home only to find we had no place to stay.
