I ordered a bra. The bra I received was completely different. I contacted them and showed them pictures of the bra I ordered and the bra they sent me. They told me they couldn’t give me the bra I ordered without a picture of the return address on the bag it came from. I sent them a screenshot of my order with order number and they said that they could not find my order without a return add. I replied again with a screenshot of my order and order number. They sent me an e mail saying that they can compensate me 7 US dollar. I told them that I just wanted the bra that I ordered and paid for. They continue to send a generic e mail that says they are sorry and will give me 7 US dollar. My total for the bra was $34.80 and they also charged my account $43.00.
