Seatfiller.co claimed to be legit service for tickets to concerts. I purchased service in the amount of $100 on 10%15/2021 I then had issues with the site and decided not to use it. I then contact support via the online chat feature and explained that I wanted a refund. As well as asked if this site was fraud because it was not working after making my payment. So they respond and tells me that the site is legit. I still request a refund. They tell me ok I will receive a refund in 5-7 business days so I waited over a week then I contact them after waiting with no refund in site and ask about my refund. They tell me check back money you'll have a refund. And if not they were going to refund me by sending a cash app payment Monday by 8pm still no refund.

I contact them back via online chat they then tell me its a process and that they have to contact the ceo to release payment. Which they never did. They completely stopped responding and have turned off all chat features on the website. They have no other point of contact listed on the site.. they are running a scam and stealing peoples hard earned money.
