You have successfully passed the hiring process! Therefore, we warmly
welcome you to our company. As a part of the Seatrans Logistics company,
you'll be working with industry leaders to exhibit excellence in all
you do and to attain the highest level of customer service for every
client. You will find attached to this correspondence a Pre-Employment
Agreement. This Agreement ensures that once you have successfully
completed your one month period of part-time employment with us, you
will then be eligible for long-term, full-time employment.
Upon successful completion of your one month of part-time employment,
a full-time agreement will be offered and you will begin to receive
your new salary and commission rate. Please make sure to read the
Pre-Agreement very carefully, as it contains important information
relevant to the position.
Please print and sign the last page of this agreement, or sign via
e-signature, and be sure to return the signed last page to me. As part
of the long-term employment contract agreement, you will receive a
corporate credit card and a W2 form; this will be provided to you in
person after you are invited to come in for a face-to-face meeting a
few weeks from now (after you have completed most of the one month
part-time period).
Mr. Clyde Newman will be sending you an email today, so please, be
sure to keep a lookout for it, and to check your bulk/spam mail
folder, just in case this email is routed to a folder other than your
inbox. It is extremely important that you send a confirmation email to
Mr. Newman immediately. This important email will contain your
training materials. Here is a rundown of what to expect during the
first few weeks after hire:
• Week 1: This first week of training will get you up to speed on
basic theory. By the end of the week, you will be able to understand
and manage some theoretical situations. You’ll also be contacted by
our Senior Project Manager, Mr. Shawn Medlock, who will have some
additional paperwork and trial projects for you to complete.
• Week 2: You will continue to work on trial projects and additional
theoretical materials. During this week you will also receive an
iPhone and your first commission.
• Week 3: More work will be done on trial projects and you will
continue with more theoretical situations, work, and materials. You'll
receive your second commission during this week as well.
• Week 4: You will continue to work on trial projects and additional
theoretical materials. You will receive your third commission at this
time. Your salary, in the form of a check for $3000, will also be
issued to you at this time.
Please remember these two very important things:
1. Be sure to sign the last page of the attached Agreement and return to me.
2. Keep an eye out for an email from your Training Manager (Clyde Newman)
today morning (9/24/18). Be sure to confirm your receipt of this email.

My name is Mr. Shawn Medlock, and I'm the Senior Project Manager at Seatrans Logistics.
I am here to guide you through the last, most complicated and most important stage
of our hiring process, after which we will finally be able to welcome you to our team.
Before we go any further, I will send you a detailed description of the next
part of the process. It’s important that you read it very carefully, make sure
that you fully understand it (if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask)
and then get back to me to confirm that you are in full agreement with all the
terms and conditions and other requirements.
In the meantime, we’ll be sending you all the standard training materials and
assigning you some trial projects. Our HR managers, will be sending you the
training materials and I’ll be guide you through the first couple of projects.
The trial projects will take place over a three-week period.
For those three weeks your salary will remain the same as it was for your initial,
training, position ($3000/month) + commission.
Bonuses:
• You will receive an iPhone as soon as you get your first payment.
• You will receive a commission for the project.
• One month later you can look forward to receiving MacBook Pro in return
for your efforts.
Equipment:
One of your main duties will be to locate and order equipment required
by our company. This will include all kinds of office equipment from
complex optical, photo and video equipment to computer-related devices
such as monitors, scanners and printers, smartphones, laptops and etc.
First of all I'll send you a list of the items we need, then it’s your
job to seek out the best seller and negotiate for the best price and
the timeliest delivery possible.

Financial Flow:
We'll give you access to our corporate bank account. And for the first
two weeks you will be able to provide payments from our account to any
of yours credit card and use it to open deposit line with our supplier.
I have attached pdf file with explanation of that process.
Please review the attachments and make sure you clearly understand:
"Current balance", "Credit limit" and "Available credit".
Please note:
1. You won't have to involve any money of your own.
2. You won't have to share any sensitive information (account or ssn numbers) for this project.
3. You receive deposit to your credit card from our bank account BEFORE you purchase any equipment.
From the material sent, it appears that our bank account is to be
enrolled on your local system as the source for payment of credit card
bills. To enroll bank account you will need our account number and
routing number. The sequence is then for you to pay your current
balance with funds from the company bank account. That operation will
bring your balance to 0. As soon as it posts you can use it for any
project purposes. That method of payment is only for trial period.
In a three weeks you will receive a corporate credit card.
If everything goes according our plan then tomorrow you will receive your first commission.
