I learned of a private party selling a set of wheels that were posted on Craigslist in Chicago. When I agreed to purchase the wheels they gave me a website www.seattletuning.com for which to complete the purchase. They use a physical address in Seattle WA. The phone number on their site is somebody elses phone number and he said they are scammers. They use PayPal for payment method. The wheels and other auto parts are very cheap compared to market prices. Their website is very good and includes a product catalog, reviews, shopping cart and checkout. BE AWARE. THEY APPEAR TO BE REALLY GOOD SCAMMERS
