The seller posted a product for vehicle for sale in the New York area on Craigslist. Photos and descriptions were pulled from a Classic cars.com ad that had run two years earlier. In email conversations, the seller indicated they were out of the country but had an auto broker they worked with for shipping the car, which offered a guaranteed inspection period while the money stayed with the broker, which would be refunded if I was unsatisfied. The broker (which sometimes was referred to as simply a shipping company) the seller listed was Sebum Freight. Though the website indicated it was a ScamPulse.com accredited company, the link was to a fake ScamPulse.com site. The company does not come up on Google search results nor in the actual ScamPulse.com's database. The address is for a random location in downtown Concord, NH.

I answered a ad on used car website for a 73 plymouth cuda. Received email from a Charles Wallin indicating he works on oil rig, out of country, car is with a freight / auto sale company called Sebum Freight in Concord NH. Instructions to Register at their website:

"You can call Daniel from SEB Freight at +1 (603) 525-7627. If he is not answering just leave him a voicemail and he will get back with you.

After the registration is complete just let me know and I will start a transaction for us." Then you wire money to their bank and they ship car. I called Daniel from SEB freight and he had middle east, Afghanistan accent barely spoke english.
