I renewed a magazine subscription for Birds and Blooms last November for an initial $120.00 (for several years which I hadn't wanted, but I swallowed it). In January I was charged again and contacted Sebastian Marketing. I was promised a refund which never materialized. For the next 8 months I was charged $120.00each month. My fault for not checking my statement. Sebastian Marketing telephone number no longer works and Mastercard has started a fraud investigation.
