My husband found the product on facebook and thought it would help our disabled family. He wanted to order but we held off for 2-3 days and it kept coming up. Finally placed an order after searching Google for minimalist liftable coffee table with 4 stools. It was unique and we did find it on other sites. So we placed an order on 7/8/2021 and received a email for order confirmed. Nothing since this date. Unable to track. Order# N202107051758816323

Their website "glitched" and made me think I hadn't ordered the product when actually I had, so a duplicate order was made. They are now refusing to refund/cancel the 1st order. I reached out to them immediately to tell them to cancel the 2nd order and within minutes they told me that they couldn't cancel the duplicate order because it had already shipped. Then 5 days later, I get a confirmation with them that the order had just shipped. Even when I confronted them with their lie, they still refused to cancel the duplicate order. Of course they are in China.
