Call my employer on 6/6/23 at approximately 11am leaving a supposed docket #I believe it was 272798. The contact person name given Was Brian Starks. I left a voice messages with my cell phone number and advised this entity that debt collector calls to employers in md is illegal. I'm hoping to resolve this matter as will being notifying the MD Attorneys General office to file a formal complaint.

this person is RUDE, ive called back and they are extremely rude to me. they claim they are calling from some cash advance place, have my last 4 of my social, and say that i have a court case coming up that i need to be aware of and this is the final attempt to contact. i advise my lawyer would like more information and they hang up - i called back and they said that my lawyer will be served. Got a call from 14349222942, stating I owed a payday loan that I stopped paying in 2017. The funny thing is the state they claimed I owed in I hadn't lived there in 11 years. I tried explaining that in order to even take out this loan I would have to be there in person which was not possible. Then they claimed they had me on camera. They used my maiden name in which I have been married for 13 yrs so they should have had the correct name and also gave an address that was 18 yrs old.They told me I was being sued.

Someone called from the legal department, no business name and no idea what this is about, I w pay my bills. Threatened to come to my job, threatened to have police at my house. Did not say what bill or company they are talking about or an amount. Says I have been served, well I have had these threatening phone calls before and they are bull[censored], for me to be served, a police officer has to show up and serve me. Threatened me to contact them to pay money, I don't think so. What money or bill they are talking about, I have no idea. Stop threatening people unless you are going to deliver.
