Purchased two irons (thought were handheld steamers) from Secondliy (secondliy.com) and asked to return them but they have been just emailing back and forth and 1st offered $2.00 and now $4.00 for me to keep the items. I lost $86.53 on this order. I tried contacting them at [email protected]. Tracking shows these irons came from Italy, next Portugal; however, when I received the packages they are showing a return address of a ******** ******** **** ******** ****** **** ************ ** ******
