About the Position:
Secret Shopper Group, LLC evaluates the performance of call center employees for our clients by completing "secret shopper" phone call audits posing as potential customers. Your job will be calling our clients' phone lines and portraying to be an interested customer to ask about their products or services (absolutely no purchasing is necessary). You'll be evaluating and providing feedback based on how friendly, professional, helpful and knowledgeable the customer service representatives you interact with were. Our call center clients then use this information to improve customer service training for their staff by improving weak areas our secret phone auditors identify. We're paying $*** for each evaluation call made, and the average call duration is only between 5-10 minutes.
Benefits of the Position:
We're looking to have this position filled ASAP with the ability to make several calls a day right from the start, we even offer monthly performance bonuses for active phone auditors. We offer flexible working schedules as the needs of each client is different, the approved call times will be outlined on each individual task. This is strictly a phone-based position so you can make these calls from home, evaluation reports will be submitted via email at the end of each week and payments are sent every Friday for the previous week's completed work. There is ZERO fee to join our program, calls are to toll free 800 or 888 phone lines and have no cost to you. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age to apply. We offer flexible payment options such as check by mail, ACH/direct deposit, PayPal or bank wire and payment preference can be updated once your account has been activated after completing your first test call.
How to Start:
For acceptance into our program we require you to make a trial call to ensure you'll be able to do this job professionally and follow instructions accurately. It's a simple process and also helps us better understand the types of call center audits we will assign to you in the future. All new applicants must complete this step before proceeding any further.
