I made an order back in September for a cooler and some shorts about halfway through the month. They canceled the cooler and gave me a $75 gift card said we don’t do refunds so then I later asked about the shorts about couple days later and they replied we had some shipping issues we had to send them back. We’re getting them back next week two months later I emailed them again asking for my shorts and they still said that they had to send them back, so when I tried to ask them again, what happened over social media? They decided to block me on social media then decided to email them and ask them what is going on and they gave me the same runaround of the shorts needed to be sent back because they had wrong sizes.
