Alex Anderson from the Secure PC RDP Solutions company called to inform me that my laptop has been hacked. I believed him and opened a browser to give him access, he showed me all sorts of things that proved “somebody” was on my computer and said I could pay him to make it go away. Instead, he put a virus on my computer and installed a back door so that they could revisit me. I have spent the last year battling cancer, I’m a student with no money, and I’m disabled... they didn’t care. He took advantage of my kindness and trust and I have to suffer as a result of his and his illegitimate company’s action. I suggest going to where you know, like Best Buy, to silver if you suffer as I have. I’m not sure what info they have yet or how I’m fully affected, but I have suffered enough and nobody deserves this abuse.
