 The consumer stated that a pop up appeared on the computer screen. When the consumer called the company they wanted him to provide credit card to charge $200.00 to fix the computer. Then the company told him to pick up two $100.00 ITune cards. Consumer picked up one. Consumer called them back and provided them with the number off of the card. The company stated the computer would be ok.
