Secure Refunds is a ticket insurance company that supposedly protects ticket purchases for SF Broadway plays. However they do not refund the ticket price for any reason. I was hospitalized and ordered to stay home for bed rest during the time of the event, therefore three days prior to the event, I filed a claim with Secure Refunds. They denied the refund event hough I was hospitalized and under a life-threatening situation. I notice a large number of people complaining of the same situation on various platforms.
