I placed an order online and when I received the receipt it was for a much larger amount. I responded immediately to the email and did not get a response. I then located the terms and conditions which states to cancel call the customer service number (888-589-7860) which is not a working phone number. The terms and conditions also states this is a subscription. Currently there is no way for me to cancel.
