Ordered keto product, supposedly direct from Kelly Clarkson site. final order page did not have order#. Did not receive email of confirmation.Order had added unwanted additional product. 888 phone receptionists aggressive not listening to request to cancel. Final person said immediately shipped, no refunds, no cancellations. All hung up on me. Had to cancel credit card. Now wait for $300 on card & have to deal with unwanted recurring deliveries never asked for.
