A message appeared on our tablet and Windows 10 would not launch. This company downloaded a Trojan file: VittaliaCRTD.Win32.768 to our computer. When my husband called them at 1-888-392-6361 he was told that they were the outsourced business partner of Microsoft to solve computer infection issues. He was charged $899.99 to clean off this virus. Highway robbery.
