Securi Scam

When I booted my laptop, access was denied by a series of warnings that proceeding would damage my computer. I called the Apple number listed in the help/support area. I was told that I lost my firewall and due to the loss I had multiple security breeches. For a price, they would clean my computer, re-install firewall,, and provide on-going technical support. I provided the required check. The tech then destroyed the printer drivers on my laptop trying to remotely scan the check. After no apology, I was advised to use another computer when I need to print something. Hoping there is a way to relieve them of their essential control/oversight of my computer?

Several months ago my computer became locked and it said to call support number. The person on phone directed me step by step to unblock the computer and then said I needed this firewall protection which included all types of antivirus, anti malware, etc. and could get six years of protection for $631.83 - check made out to Expert Tech - E-check. Recently he's called saying the company went under and they want to return my money, but he would have to walk me through a Better Business Bureau form online. I called ScamPulse.com and was given great info. ScamPulse.com does not ask consumer to fill out any form. I lost that initial money but will not provide any more access to personal information to this scam company!

Clicked on a recipe website. Screen went off and said it was blocked. Scammers phone number came up. They went in and supposedly cleaned up the computer. Which they did an appearance. Then they asked for a check for so many years of service. Soon there after they want to return the money and actually looks like they’re putting the check back into your account directly. Then of course too much money goes into the account and they look for cash back. A real bunch of worms.
