This company sold me a computer Network Firewall plan for $499,99 for a 7 year plan.
However I only got 1 year of service. I'd like a refund for the rest or my money! The few times I did call for support were good. My problems were addressed and corrected. Sometime I just had questions because I'm not computer savvy.

I was informed by a phone call that they were going out of business about 1& 1/2 - 2 years ago.
Jordan Cooper where is my money? You were the billing supervisor.

Parents Scammed by Security First LLC

Parents were fooled by a pop-up that played an audio file telilng them their computer was compromised. They called the number and provided checking info to pay a Jordan Cooper from Security First LLC to "fix" the nonexistent issue. This included installing LogMeIn and remoting in to their computer to do who knows what. They were charged $658 for a "7-year network firewall" service. Obviously the name Jordan is fictional, and this company seems to be a figment of someone's imagination. Removed a couple of suspicious looking pieces of software and purged the computer of viruses/malware.

Received pop up on computer notifying of virus and to contact Microsoft at 888.910.9114. Jordan Cooper picked up the line and introduced himself from Security First LLC. Stated that he will need to have Microsoft speak to me about the virus and transferred me to Austin Anderson at 888.210.6602. Austin had control of computer and said that I will have to pay $1105 for 3 year support and $199.99 for tech support via check. He is supposed to call back today at noon for payment. Have virus protection installed already, contacted actual Microsoft and they said it was a scam.
