This company was suppose to be based in the USA, Roseville, Ca.
They charged $199.00 for 12 months of cyber security for all of my devices connected to my xfinity router.
The company installed an app in the background called “ TeamViewer” and this app is used by companies to monitor their employees screens in “ real time”.
They downloaded malware, spyware, Ransomeware, stole my identity, after my initial introduction to them on 7/3/2019 I am still having problems with my entire home network being attacked through “IT”, Hardware apps changing my IP4& IP6, LAN, WAN, TRACE ROUTES, IN THE MIDDLE CYBER ATTACKS ON EVERY DEVICE, MY ETHERNET MAC ADDRESS AND PORT TRIGGERING, Z-WAVES, NODES, CHANNELS, PORTAL USERS, AKA HACKERS AND CYBER CRIMINALS REMOTELY CONNECTING TO MY VERIZON, XFINITY LIVE STREAMING APPS, SYNCING MY DEVICES, CHANGING DATA AND STEALING ALL OF MY PERSONAL INFORMATION. CREATED ALGORITHMS AND ENCRYPTION ON MY OLD DELL LAPTOP, GIVING THEM ACCESS TO CONNECTING REMOTE IPaddresses to my Amazon Alexa echo dot and listening in to my bedroom for over 7 months. This has been the biggest nightmare of my life. They also sent a fraudulent invoice to BofA using fake “e-signature” with my name and accessed my web cams remotely on my smart devices.
