They made me give information before I knew anything and they then charged me before I even agreed and they say I sent a postcard and all I did was type in the box to see what it looks like I never pressed submit

I have been trying to contact this company for 8 months since 2/27/21. I never used or set up the phone number that I was provided but now that I was able to get into contact with them not only am I not getting a refund, they say they don't even have an account on file for me. I just want my money back. They're taking advantage of people who are already in bad situations. I'm being charged $49.95 for services I never even used.

I agreed to terms and conditions thinking I was going to be charged a 14.99 activation fee instead was charged 16.00 fee I was using a mobile device the terms and conditions states a 14.99 activation fee there was no finally amount shown before they changed my credit card therefore I couldn't agree to anything that was incorrect. The mobile website is very misleading from the desktop website. Pricing isn't clarified on a mobile device as well as it is on a desktop version. I also had to fight for a refund of $31. Dollars with them telling me I was shown the finally amount which I 100% know I wasn't on my mobile device there for I believe that's an unauthorized charge to my credit card. Something needs to change people need to know not to use a mobile device with this company. Hopeing the attached picture will help I have more attachments if needed.

Was using a site to send funds to my son. Pop up to verify account. I did not complete verification process however enough information was entered to take money out and put it back in
