Received a call from *** telling me to call a deputy at *** for an inmate trying to call collect. Stated my phone won't accept the collect call but I could set up an account by giving my credit card information stating that *** handles this service for inmates family and friends. The call was muffled but sounding in the beginning of the call to state it was an emergency call from an inmate.
