It was for inmate phone services for cheaper 29.99 a mth unlimited calls no hiding fees to my investagating there is three so far ( www.securustel.com - www.conslines.com - www.globaltel.com )but then after paying by bank card with securustel they sent me a email saying go to this site securus and fund the account when I got on to access my account it didn't exist with them so I e-mailed them explaining, they said they are not affiliated with securustel so I done so research with the address where it was charged from 7999 N.Federal Highway suite 400 Boca Raton, Fl. 33487 look it up online it is to globaltel (earlier today I canceled the account or hope I did) while on globaltel I decided to try and log on it let me pulled up my account where I paid so I e-mailed them letting them know that the phone line does not work and I need to see about getting my money back they replied saying my support ticket was being reviewed and they would contact me promtly. still nothing. So I got curious and saw another site offering the same a little cheaper got on the site had the same set up but at the bottom it said accredited by the bbb with the logo, pulled up the bbb searched nothing so I just e-mailed them and said you say your accredited by the bbb but they say your not why, in the subject. I ask r I a scam. I got a reply from [email protected] saying ib. Do you have a account with us? What do I need to do about getting my money back it was the last $30 I had, I can't talk to my wife and she can't talk to her 3 boys thank you your help is appreciated. Sincerely *** P.S do I need to close my bank account and/or contact Equifax & Trans Union
