I ordered two sets of their "Buy three get three" galvanized raised garden beds." Instead, I was mailed two sets of two sets of chopsticks from an anonymous "Internet seller." I reported to their customer service that I never received my garden beds and was told their tracking number said both sets were delivered - that I needed to take my tracking number to the post office to find out why I didn't get it. I asked for a tracking number since they had never given me one. They never replied to my request, I never received additional information from them, and I have never received the garden beds. I tried to write feedback on their website - but the feedback shown is all scam feedback because mine was never added.
