The seeds are shipped from China without the required Phyto Sanitary Certificate. The shipping label sent through US mail shows the contents description as "Household Items" to bypass confiscation at US customs. I was informed by USDA that I am not allowed to plant the seeds without the proper Phyto Sanitary Certificate. The USDA has sent me a prepaid shipping envelope to ship the seeds to them for Investigation/Testing and destruction. I have requested the Phyto Sanitary Certificate or refund but have not received a response from the vendor.
