The fake T-Mobil customer service rep.called on 12/14/23, from 855-207-8480. He needed to verify my address for the delivery of 2 iPhones ordered on 12/13. He repeated an address I lived at “20 years ago!” I stated I never ordered the phones & insisted he cancel the order. Then he said, “you qualify to upgrade 2 out of 4 of my phones & only pay $80 each”. After confirming a lot of personal info. on my T-mobile acct., the new order for 2 iPhone 14’s was completed. Somehow, he knew my previous 2 Chase Bank debit card #’s, current address, and 4 phone #’s on my acct., I gave him my FIDELITY Visa debit card info to pay for the 2 new phones. An hr. later, I went to a T-Mobile store & was informed the order was never finalized! I called FIDELITY & discovered the imposter stole all my $ (662.00), from my acct.
