I did not receive my order and when I contacted the company, they provided me with a USPS tracking number. The USPS tracking number comes up as a fake account and number and that I should contact the shipper. I did that, several times, and they keep telling me I have to contact the shipper. The shipper cannot do anything about it. The seller says that it was left at the mailbox (package would not fit in my mailbox and USPS drops packages at my door). This is not a USPS shipping problem like the seller thinks. The seller needs to re-ship the item or refund my money, which they will not do. I have been going back and forth with the seller with no resolution.
