Dryer duct cleaning services quoted at 179.00 plus tax/fees. He used an iPhone scanner and showed that amount on screen. He took my card and scanned it and when the charge came through it was 1860.00. it seemed to look like a simple processing error after tax/fees with adding an extra 0, but when asked for a reaction they acknowledge service, say they will send receipt, but never do. They then keep the extra 1200 dollars.
